Verify a Report
Employers: confirm that a REALdegrees report a candidate gave you is genuine and unaltered. There are two ways.
A REALdegrees report scores how much of a student's GPA came from coursework AI could not have completed. To protect student privacy, report contents are shown only to someone holding the report itself: its QR code opens the verified online copy once you enter the passcode printed under the code.
Option 1: Scan the QR code
Instant, and works with a printed or PDF copy.

Scan the QR code printed on the report. It opens a page on realdegrees.ai that asks for a passcode.

Enter the passcode printed directly under the QR code (eight characters, shown as XXXX-XXXX).

Compare the online copy with the document you were given. The online copy is the report we issued, with its PDF available for download, and it stays open on your device for 24 hours.
If the page says sharing is turned off, the candidate has switched it off from their account. Ask them to turn it back on, or use option 2.
Option 2: Email us the PDF
A human check against the report on file.

Email the report PDF the candidate provided to verify@realdegrees.ai. Attach the file exactly as you received it.

Our team compares it against the report on file, including the verification code printed in the document.

We reply, typically within 2 business days, telling you whether the document matches the report we issued, and the date it was issued.
By email we confirm only whether a document matches our records; files you send are used solely for verification.
